Planning Process
The Framework serves as the foundation for subsequent work on the Long Range Development Plan (LRDP) and Plan Review Use (PRU). The LRDP will focus on generating nearer-term, tactical projects that are consistent with the Framework and will reflect the highest and best use of funds in service of the university’s goals and objectives and will serve as the basis for capital project budgeting. Periodic updates should be conducted, should change in underlying conditions occur and specifics of projects described in the LRDP require refinement as a result. The Framework provides the context to ensure the LRDP projects align with and execute the University’s broader priorities.
